About the Role
We are hiring a Residential Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of custom home renovation projects. This role is responsible for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities for custom residential renovation projects
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Interpret construction drawings and collaborate with architects and designers to resolve field issues
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Manage site logistics including material deliveries, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams regarding progress and updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders and site records
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Experience managing multiple phases of construction projects
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore) and standard office software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (project-based hours may vary)
