From corporate welcome kits to school spirit wear to trade show giveaways, we bring brands to life — fast, right, and creatively.
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role blends business development and account management — helping grow existing accounts while opening new doors with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to deliver high-quality branded merchandise, all while building a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and referrals from our “be” brand network.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain your own book of business with long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities across industry verticals including corporate, education, and sports.
- Present creative product ideas tailored to client needs and timing.
- Follow up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
- Expand opportunities with existing “be” brand clients.
- Represent Swag It at networking events, trade shows, and local organizations.
- Track activity through our CRM (prospects, meetings, proposals, and closed sales).
- Report weekly and monthly on sales performance and pipeline progress.
- 1–3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience (preferably in marketing, apparel, or promotional products).
- Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (and yes, an iPad).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
