We work with HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical contractors, typically $2M-$10M businesses that have already invested in professional coaching and are scaling toward the next level. These are growth-minded operators who hold their vendors accountable and expect marketing outcomes that move the needle on revenue, not just impressions.
We're hiring a Senior Account Manager / Growth Specialist to own the Home Services Division.
This is not a traditional account manager role. It's a player-coach position. You'll carry your own book of business, manage 1-2 Growth Specialist direct reports, and build the systems, standards, and client relationships that define how this division operates.
What you'll own:
- Client Growth. You're the single point of accountability for every home service client in your portfolio. You drive retention, upsell, and measurable business outcomes across every engagement.
- Division Leadership. You'll build out the home services client channel and the repeatable onboarding, reporting, and delivery processes that scale as the division grows.
- People Leadership. You'll run EOS LMA with direct reports: weekly Level 10s, scorecards reviewed, performance gaps addressed in the same week they appear.
What the role requires day to day:
- Translate client business goals into execution briefs the internal team can act on immediately
- Run strategy calls on a defined cadence, deliver written recaps within 24 hours, and send monthly reports by the 1st business day of each month
- Proactively surface upsell and cross-service opportunities from performance data every month
- Enforce scope, change orders, and phase gates without exception
- Hold direct reports to scorecard standards weekly, not quarterly
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of account management in a digital marketing or full-service agency environment
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-service retainer portfolios
- Home services industry background (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical) strongly preferred. If you've worked with contractors who are members of peer groups, buying groups, or business coaching programs, you already know this client type
- Experience managing or mentoring junior account managers required
- Proficient in ClickUp or a comparable PM platform, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO fundamentals at a client-facing level
