We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to provide on‐site service, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance for conveyor belt systems at customer facilities across the region.

What you'll do
- Perform on‐site service, inspections, and preventative maintenance on conveyor belt systems
- Fabricate, install, splice, and repair conveyor belts and components
- Identify wear issues early and recommend maintenance solutions to prevent downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble belting materials per work orders
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding service findings
- Maintain service documentation and follow safety procedures at all times
- Travel regularly, including overnight stays, as needed
What we're looking for
- 1 year of experience in field service, maintenance, or hands‐on mechanical work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read tape measures and basic mechanical drawings
- Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel, work overtime, and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10 and Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Previous conveyor belt or industrial maintenance experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.
Work Environment
- Customer sites, industrial facilities, and occasional warehouse work
- Physically active role using tools, equipment, and service vehicles
- Safety‐driven environment with required PPE

Salary : $24 - $30
