- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients
- Understand client objectives and provide tailored support to meet their needs
- Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client deliverables are met
- Prepare reports on account status and present updates to management
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals
- Support onboarding processes for new clients
**Qualifications**
