We are seeking a skilled UPS Coordinator- Support to join our high-performing Shipping Department. You’ll prepare shipments using UPS and FedEx software, ensuring packages are accurately labeled, tracked, and handled with precision and attention to detail that go above expectations.

What You’ll Do
- Use software to prepare and process shipments with accurate labeling, documentation, and tracking.
- Schedule daily pickups with vendors and will-call customers to support smooth shipping operations.
- Meet daily and weekly shipping goals while handling packages safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain your work area and equipment to ensure safety, organization, and efficiency.
- Support the shipping team during downtime by assisting with staging, organization, and other shipping-related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members across your department to support workflow and improve overall quality and efficiency.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value team members who think critically and take ownership.

Qualifications:What You Bring
- Prior experience with UPS, FedEx, shipping or package coordination is a plus; however, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a team-first attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage shipments efficiently.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
- Comfortable reading job numbers and using computer interfaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
