The Food Runner supports the kitchen and service teams by ensuring dishes are delivered quickly, accurately, and beautifully. This role is essential for maintaining food quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and correctly
Ensure dishes are presented according to restaurant standards
Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff
Assist in explaining dishes to guests when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo and service areas
Help restock plates, utensils, and service items
Support servers by clearing tables or refilling drinks when appropriate
Notify management or servers of any guest concerns
Qualifications
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to carry multiple plates and navigate a busy dining room
