ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of the leading Zillow Flex teams in Michigan, we connect our agents with a steady stream of pre-vetted inbound leads, so you can focus on what you do best: serving clients.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Meeting with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and guide their decisions
- Hosting showings and open houses that make properties shine
- Managing transactions from the first signed contract all the way through closing
- Negotiating confidently on behalf of your clients
- Nurturing relationships that turn satisfied clients into long-term referral sources
- Staying organized and proactive using our CRM and technology platforms
- Following up on brokerage-provided leads in a timely and professional manner
Agents in their first year typically earn between $67,000 and $103,000, depending on transaction volume and deal type.
