Our growing company is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position requires the candidate to greet clients, answer phones, collect payments, schedule appointments and assist other admin with daily roles. We are seeking a reliable individual with professional skills that displays a good attitude and is able to multitask. Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct all visitors
- Answer and transfer incoming calls
- Answer or forward emails
- Receive, sort, distribute and send mail
- Handle inquiries and complaints
- Order supplies
- Keep reception area tidy
- Assist other Admin with daily roles
