Duties
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or manual cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations and storage areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and ensuring dining areas remain tidy during service hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service, catering events, or banquet functions.
