What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dish/Pot washer position at Quality Kosher Catering?
- Assist our kitchen to ensure cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Collect and wash pots and pans and all kitchen equipment including hot boxes and speed carts.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organized.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized.
- Follow kitchen standard operating procedures.
