Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
Duties
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed.
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Operate the dishwasher and ensure it is maintained in good working order.
- Clean and organize kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes from the dining area.
- Follow proper food handling and preparation procedures.
- Participate in banquet and catering events as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
- Follow hotel and restaurant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
