Job description
Assemble and test industrial printing equipment using a variety of tools and test equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
- Comply with policies and guidelines.
- Report any problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to production manager.
- Work with and train other coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to help facilitate assembly functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.(preferred)
- 3 years of assembly experience (required)
- Ability to read and understand procedures/assembly drawings written in English
- Ability to read and decipher electrical schematics and drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Familiarity with personal computers.
Preferred:
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Prior electrical assembly experience.
- Soldering experience desired.
