Job Description:
Bell-Mark Technologies is seeking an Office Assistant for the Service Department to help with the organization and flow of the department, specifically focusing on assisting the Service Coordinator and RMA Specialist with daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working and independent professional that is able to undertake a variety of office support tasks in a busy work environment. The candidate should have a high degree of attention to detail and efficiency, as well as communicate with various positions throughout the company. Work hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
· Booking travel arrangements for the department’s field service technicians.
· Utilize CRM/ERP systems to document and maintain accurate records.
· Assist with providing quotes for upcoming service visits.
· Provide coverage backup to the Service coordinator and/or RMA Specialist in their absence.
· Assist with order processing of toolbox parts for technicians, RMA and Rental orders, and appropriate paperwork.
· Assist in maintaining case load count between the Service Coordinator and RMA Specialist.
· Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and other Bell-Mark team members.
· Assist with answering/routing incoming support phone calls to appropriate team members.
· Provide additional assistance to other department personnel as needed.
- Use proper response etiquette- both verbal and written.
Qualifications:
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Extensive written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
· Works independently with the ability to multi-task
· High level of attention to detail
· Proficient knowledge w/ Microsoft Office
· ERP/CRM system experience preferred, but not required (Salesforce, GRMS/GMS, Concur).

Pay: $17 per hour
