Core Responsibilitie

• sMonth-End & Year-End Close: Lead the close cycle, prepare complex journal entries, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• .Multi-Entity Accounting: Manage intercompany transactions, corporate consolidations, and acquisition/onboarding integrations for multiple dental practice locations
• .Financial Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements, variance analyses, and group profit-and-loss reports to drive strategic decision-making
• .Reconciliation: Perform balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
• .Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, practice managers, and revenue cycle teams to ensure billing and expense data integrity

Qualifications & Requiremen

• tsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA designation (or active pursuit) is highly preferre
• d.Experience: 3 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, ideally in healthcare, dental support organizations (DSOs), or multi-location environment
• s.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex lookups). Experience with cloud-based ERP systems like Sage Intacct or NetSuite is a plu
• s.Compliance: Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal financial control
