Bell & Associates is partnering with a manufacturing company based in Manchester, NH is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role with ownership of the month-end close process and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibiliti

• esOwn and manage the full month-end close process including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporti
• ngOversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL accounting, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and cost accounti
• ngIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the accounting functi
• onPartner with operations and plant leadership on cost analysis, variance reporting, and financial performan
• ceAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis as need
