Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of Accounts Payable operations within a high-volume, multi-currency environment.
- Oversee ERP system integrity (SAP), vendor master data accuracy, tax compliance, and reporting (Power BI).
- Lead continuous process improvements, KPI development, and workflow optimization across 40 business units.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Operations on payables policies, internal controls, and efficiency initiatives.
- Manage AP integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, and system enhancements.
- Provide strategic leadership, training, and performance management for the AP team; set clear departmental goals and drive execution through others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with direct leadership responsibility.
- Must have experience managing a team of at least five direct reports in a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Proven background working within large-scale organizations (multi-billion-dollar revenue) with established ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of SAP and other ERP platforms, reporting tools, and multi-currency payables.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through others, influence cross-functional teams, and achieve measurable results.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills; formal project management experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership profile with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
