What are the responsibilities and job description for the Turf Crew Member position at Belknap Landscape Company, Inc.?

We're looking for Crew Members to join our Turf Department and help keep the Lakes Region looking it's best! You'll be out and about assisting our Turf Team with driving, applications, and whatever needs to get done.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with driving and transportation duties
- Helping with turf applications and field work
- Pitching in with general labor tasks
- Staying active with walking, lifting, and outdoor work
- Supporting the team wherever an extra set of hands is needed
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving company vehicles
- Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Team player who enjoys variety and being on the move
Other Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently
- Walk for 75% of the day with up to 10 lbs. being carried on back
- Stand for 15% of the day
- Squat, sit, kneel, bend for 10% of the day
- Push/Pull up to 75 lbs. independently
- Good peripheral vision for driving
- Use smart phones, tablets, and other technology
- Adhere to company policies and safety practices
