We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Office Manager to join our team! This is a key role for someone who excels at leading both people and business platforms while providing exceptional operational support across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a passion for developing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring the efficient day- to- day operations of the business office. They will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, driving accountability, and leveraging systems and technology to support the company's goals and continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business office, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate administrative office staff.
- Hire and manage office building maintenance and custodial companies
- Assist with fleet maintenance, purchasing, and administrative processes
- Assist with timecard clearing
- Manage a team of 5-10 office staff
- Learn how to utilize and become a subject matter expert on Aspire
- Assist with end of month processing
- Use Acumatica to help with accounting purposes
- Learn and use RAMP our company credit card program
- Prepare reports for management (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Maximize team productivity in office
- Communicate with team members via email and by phone
- Schedule and attend meetings with office team
- Oversee the use of office supplies, equipment, and faculty management
- Enforce office policies such as health, safety, and operational procedures
- Manage IT assets, troubleshooting, and our relationship with Service providers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in management position
- Able to participate in continued education
- Proven accounting experience
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to learn how to use various software such as Aspire, Acumatica, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven accounting and management skills
- Holds a valid drivers license

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
