The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and expanding Belimo's digital presence through social media, advertising, and other channels. The position requires creative and analytical skills to execute an effective digital marketing plan for the Americas region. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure all information is conveyed accurately and follows corporate design guidelines
What You'll Do
Social Media Tasks:
Support the development of social media posts and ensure an active social media presence on key platforms. Monitor and research new platforms and content to better reach the target audience.
Manage the America’s region LinkedIn content calendar. Includes planning, executing, scheduling, and moderating.
Support the Team Lead in maintaining the organization's global presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Includes suggesting content, scheduling, and moderating comments.
Support global campaigns with content review and serve as a back-up for content implementation.
Translate social media posts to FR-CA, Spanish, and Portuguese using the translation portal as needed (2x/month).
Create/Assist with video development/editing as needed for social media posts, etc.
Conduct regular research on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry reports to share with the team for use in strategy development.
Other:
Assist the Team Lead with quarterly reporting. Includes pulling reporting data from each platform, compiling stats, and presenting them in a report for upper management.
Coordinate with membership organizations to take advantage of complementary marketing opportunities.
Execute the implementation and promotion of a Podcast series. Act as a project manager for the series and own the project alongside the technical writer and production team.
Oversee the implementation of Reddit advertising and develop the brand’s image on the platform through organic and paid efforts.
Assist the Team Lead with implementation and research for Google Adwords/PPC campaigns.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree required, ideally within Marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook); PC-literate
Strong knowledge/experience with social media platforms and their advertising platforms.
Certification in Google Adwords and Google Analytics strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team, manage multiple products and meet deadlines.
Excels in fast paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, writing, proofreading & creative skills.
Detail-oriented multi-tasker who is able to prioritize workload and time effectively while still paying attention to detail.
