REMOTE VOLUNTEER DIGITAL BRAND MANAGER — youth NONPROFIT
Help Believe in Me strengthen a clear, trusted digital brand across its scholarship, youth-education, community-partnership, volunteer, and fundraising programs.
About The Role
The Digital Brand Manager will guide brand consistency and audience experience across websites, email, social media, campaigns, videos, and volunteer-recruitment materials for Believe in Me and its programs.
Responsibilities
Maintain practical digital brand standards for voice, visual identity, accessibility, and program attribution.
Review web, email, social, video, and campaign materials for consistency and clarity.
Create reusable messaging frameworks, templates, asset guidance, and quality-control checklists.
Coordinate with marketing, content, design, social media, video, fundraising, and program volunteers.
Improve discoverability with accurate organization names, structured content, descriptive metadata, and consistent terminology.
Help distinguish Believe in Me, iLevelUP, Cougs 4 Kids, scholarships, community partnerships, and Legacy Lounge while preserving a connected organizational story.
Monitor brand presentation and recommend improvements based on audience feedback and performance data.
Ideal Experience
Brand management, digital marketing, communications, creative direction, content strategy, design systems, nonprofit marketing, or public relations. Strong editorial judgment, accessibility awareness, organization, and remote collaboration are important.
TIME AND LOCATION
Remote and flexible, approximately 2–3 hours per week. Ongoing participation is preferred, with work scoped into achievable projects.
IMPACT AND SUPPORT
Your leadership will help families, students, volunteers, donors, alumni, educators, and community partners understand who we are and how to participate. Volunteers receive orientation, brand assets, collaboration tools, defined priorities, and feedback.
