The Data Analyst will support organization-wide impact measurement and digital analytics across Believe in Me and approved program initiatives, including iLevelUP and Cougs 4 Kids.

Data analysis, business intelligence, impact measurement, digital analytics, program evaluation, statistics, reporting, data visualization, or database work. Strong attention to accuracy, documentation, privacy, and communication is essential.
TIME AND LOCATION

About The Role
The Data Analyst will support organization-wide impact measurement and digital analytics across Believe in Me and approved program initiatives, including iLevelUP and Cougs 4 Kids.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program, scholarship, community-partnership, fundraising, marketing, web, volunteer, finance, and leadership teams to define useful metrics.
- Clean, validate, document, combine, and analyze data from approved sources.
- Build accessible dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable platforms.
- Improve digital measurement plans, event tracking, UTM governance, data quality, and reporting consistency.
- Analyze reach, engagement, applications, volunteer activity, donations, partnerships, program participation, and outcomes.
- Explain findings, limitations, and recommendations clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Protect youth, applicant, volunteer, donor, and partner privacy; use the minimum necessary data and approved access controls.
- Maintain data dictionaries, calculation definitions, source notes, and reproducible workflows.
