The Brand President for Ductz is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of the franchise system, ensuring brand consistency across all locations while driving profitability for both franchisees and BELFOR Franchise Group. The individual will manage franchisee relationships, oversee marketing and compliance, and execute expansion strategies.

The Brand President for Ductz is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of the franchise system, ensuring brand consistency across all locations while driving profitability for both franchisees and BELFOR Franchise Group. The individual will manage franchisee relationships, oversee marketing and compliance, and execute expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Growth: Define and execute the long-term vision, growth strategies, and expansion plans for the brand.
- Franchisee Relations & Support: Act as the primary liaison, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure operational excellence and high franchisee satisfaction.
- Brand Standards & Compliance: Enforce system standards, protect brand integrity, and ensure compliance with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and franchise agreements.
- Financial Performance: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage brand budgets, and optimize the profitability of the franchise network.
- Marketing & Brand Experience: Oversee marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and ensure a consistent brand experience across all locations.
- Development & Recruitment: Drive new franchise recruitment, onboarding, and market expansion.
- Vendor Management: Vet, manage, and oversee operational and support vendors to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance expectations.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience, ideally as a VP of operations, franchise development, or in a senior executive role within the franchising industry.
- Leadership: Strong team leadership and ability to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, particularly in mediating with franchisees.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of franchise business models, P&L management, and strategic planning.
