What You’ll Lead
- Direct daily operations across a large multi-site K-12 environment.
- Guide on-site and remote teams with strong leadership and collaboration.
- Manage financials, KPIs, and service excellence targets.
- Develop strategic growth initiatives and team-building frameworks.
- Represent Sodexo in the community and cultivate partnerships that matter.
- Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
- A proven leadership track record (5 years in food services or similar field).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Culinary production and operations background with a commitment to safety and sanitation.
- High comfort level managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in multi-unit or district-wide oversight.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset.
- Working knowledge of systems such as Sodexo’s FMS or TMC is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel locally as needed.
