About The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Organizational Change Manager to lead mission-critical change initiatives across our enterprise. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions through thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and stakeholder alignment. From large-scale rollouts to team-wide transitions, your guidance will help drive measurable results and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy change management strategies tailored to business goals
- Engage and influence key stakeholders to build buy-in at all levels
- Develop and implement communication plans with the Comms team to ensure employee awareness and clarity
- Assess change readiness and build action plans to address resistance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, HR, and leadership to ensure integrated execution
- Track performance of change initiatives and share insights and reports with leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
- Proven experience in change management and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Insurance industry experience
- Certification in change management (Prosci, CCMP)
- Familiarity with project management best practices
- Impact major organizational initiatives
