Position Summary

:The Senior HR Coordinator/Administrative Admin will support the daily operations of the Human Resources office and union administration work. This hybrid role requires a highly organized, proactive individual capable of leading recruitment logistics, administering union employee support, and providing top-tier executive administrative support to HR leadership

Key Responsibilitie

s:Human Resources & Employee Relation

s:Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the end-to-end new hire process, including background checks, orientation, and exit interview

s.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee personnel files and ensure HR Information Systems (HRIS) are kept up to dat

e.Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices and HR procedures comply with local, state, and federal employment la

rt:Executive Administration: Manage calendars and prepare meeting materials for HR leadersh

ip.Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, liaise with vendors, and order office suppli

ion:Sourcing & Screening: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and conduct initial phone scre

Qualificat

ions:Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Recruiting - Union experience a

plus!Education: High school diploma but prefer a Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
