Key Responsibilities: * Perform data cleansing activities to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates in SAP and related databases. * Support the maintenance and updating of master data within SAP modules (e.g., Material Management, Finance, Sales & Distribution). * Collaborate with business users and IT teams to understand data requirements and resolve data quality issues. * Conduct regular audits and data validation to ensure compliance with data governance standards. * Assist in the development and implementation of data cleansing strategies and best practices. * Support SAP system users by troubleshooting data-related issues and providing guidance on data entry standards. * Document data cleansing processes, procedures, and changes to maintain clear records. * Participate in SAP data migration and upgrade projects as needed, ensuring data accuracy throughout transitions. Qualifications: * Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in data cleansing, data quality management, or data analysis roles. Hands-on experience with SAP systems, preferably in data management or support * Strong understanding of SAP modules and master data concepts. * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or data profiling software. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
