Job Description:
Duties:
As an Accounts Payable II,
*you will reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
*You will be responsible for accurate coding, verification, and electronic entry of Accounts Payable data into an Automated Accounting System.
*Reconciliation of freight invoices to shipping database.
*You will perform research as requested by internal/external auditors and PMs and you will maintain back-end scanning and record retention.
Requirements:
*Frequently Walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps.
*Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity.
*Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.
Working Conditions:
*Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials. Rarely exposed to loud noises

Skills:
Must Haves:
* Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems
* Analytical abilities, time management, organizational and communication skills are essential Preferred:
* Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax requirements

Education:
Must Haves:
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
* Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
* Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
