Job Requirements:
Are You Looking To:
- Identify and prioritize key customer targets in collaboration with Bel North American Sales
- Build and develop relationships within customer accounts
- Make data-driven recommendations for continued growth at key accounts
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, product needs, and customer base
- Prepare and present Bel Power products to prospective customers
- Participate in trade shows and conferences
Are You Ready To:
- Travel extensively (up to 30% of the time) for face-to-face contact with customers within designated territories, both domestic and international
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships within internal and external teams
- Seek mutual agreement on problems involving coordination
- Proactively assume other projects and responsibilities as needed
- Interact and coordinate with Customers, Sales, and fellow Business Development and Product Management associates
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks under minimal supervision
- Work with confidential information and maintain and protect intellectual property
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other associates in the business
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the power industry
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical/product sales and support required
- Technical knowledge of power supplies and applications strongly desired
- Experience selling data solutions power conversions products preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (domestic and international)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills with an excellent ability to engage an audience
- Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and effectively partner and team with others across the organization
- Comfortable working independently, as an effective team member, and with all levels of the organization
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity, with a high attention to detail and commitment to excellence, demonstrated by the delivery of quality and timely outcomes
- Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills
- A solution-oriented mindset, paired with the ability to think outside the box about improvements and offer innovative solutions
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), web conferencing, and video conferencing applications
- Fluent in English at a professional level
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
