Behind the Screens is looking for our next ads manager!As an Ads Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping entrepreneurs scale their reach, generate leads, and increase revenue through strategic paid advertising. We’re talking about campaign setup, optimization, analytics, and everything in between.Our team is here to manage the backend of their paid marketing so they can show up as the CEO and visionary of their company.Rest assured you will never be bored – our clients work in a variety of fields and are multi-passionate.Although your responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the client, typical Ads support involves:Ad Setup & Management - Tasks may include setting up and launching campaigns, building out audiences, installing tracking, creating ad sets, and writing or coordinating ad creative and copy.Campaign Strategy & Planning - You’ll support clients by creating data-driven ad strategies aligned with their goals, whether that’s list growth, lead generation, webinar registration, sales, or brand visibility.Analytics & Reporting - You’ll track key metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide clear reports that help clients understand performance, trends, and recommended next steps.Monitoring & Optimization - You’ll monitor performance, test variations, adjust targeting, refine messaging, and optimize campaigns to improve results and maximize ROI.Funnel Support Alignment - You’ll ensure that the full funnel aligns with the client’s ad strategy, reviewing landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, and conversion paths to support campaign success.Retargeting and Scaling - You’ll set up retargeting campaigns, audience segmentation, and identify opportunities to scale what is working while reducing what isn’t.Creative Coordination - You may collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to produce ad creatives, assets, or variations needed for testing and performance.Our clients use a variety of platforms for paid advertising, and as their paid ads manager it is important for us to be at least somewhat familiar, if not proficient, in the platforms they use.Meta Ads ManagerGoogle AdsYouTube AdsTikTok AdsAnalytics: Google Analytics, Meta AnalyticsTracking: Pixel/Tag Manager/UTMsFunnel & Landing Page Builders: Kajabi, Clickfunnels, Showit, Squarespace, LeadpagesProject Management: ClickUpCommunication: Slack, ZoomThis could be you if:You have a strategic mind and enjoy using data to drive decisionsYou are confident in paid traffic, ad platforms, and performance optimizationYou take initiative and are quick on your feet with an efficient approach to problem-solvingYou are a strong online communicator with exceptional client-facing professionalismYou are a self-starter and can manage multiple client accountsYou take direction well and can follow SOPsYou’re interested in a long-term employee/employer partnership and are looking for a role you can commit to and grow withYou’re a stickler for deadlines, accuracy, and attention to detailYou work exceptionally well independently, but also collaboratively within a teamYou are comfortable analyzing campaign data and making recommendations based on performanceYou are available to work during regular office hours Monday to Friday for 10-15 hours/week to start (with the potential to grow to full-time very quickly)You are legally eligible to work in the United States
