Summary: Managerial role responsible for customer success from project implementation and delivery of current studies through to solicitation and booking of new work
What You Will Do as a Key member of our Team:
• Manage and mentor individual’s on team • Contribute to the development of proposals (Qual, Quant & AI)
• Develop/maintain relationships with active customers
• Oversee research studies (Qual, Quant & AI) from start to finish in line with internal protocols
• Execute research in line with efforts to deliver corporate strategic initiatives/KPIs
• Decision maker on matters relating to project execution
• Create story driven research reports (in line with SLD) that provide actionable insights
• Present research outcomes to customers
• Keep up-to-date on corporate strategic initiatives/KPIs
Desired skills and experience:
To qualify and succeed, in the challenging but rewarding world we do business in, you will need:
• 4 years of market research experience and/or a graduate degree in marketing research, consumer behavior, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• 2 years of experience training and mentoring Insights Associates and Analysts
• Proven experience consulting and interfacing with clients
• A flair for building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams
• Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity

Home office is tolerated but the chosen candidate will be working from the Behaviorally premise at least twice a week.
