Beginnings Early Learning Alliance (BELA) – Hastings, NE
Beginnings Early Learning Alliance is seeking an organized, dependable AM and/or PM Supervisor to help oversee daily operations during opening and closing hours. This leadership position supports classroom staff, maintains licensing compliance, and helps ensure the center operates smoothly each day.
Responsibilities:
- Open and/or close the center following established procedures.
- Monitor classroom ratios and assist with staffing adjustments throughout the day.
- Support teachers in maintaining safe, high-quality classrooms.
- Respond to classroom needs and provide leadership and coaching.
- Help ensure compliance with Nebraska childcare licensing regulations.
- Communicate professionally with families and staff.
- Assist with daily operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous childcare experience required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must meet Nebraska childcare licensing requirements.
