- Support high-volume food production during peak hours while maintaining quality standards
- Follow recipe guidelines precisely to ensure consistency across all prepared items
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or culinary roles with a focus on deli or fine dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques such as braising, grilling, poaching, and meal preparation
- Experience with food handling, portion control, and recipe adherence in high-volume settings
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of dietary department standards and catering experience is a plus
