Salary: Post CloserLocation: In Office, Providence, RIDepartment: OperationsWhat Youll Do:Rate Lock & Pricing ManagementManage daily lock requests, extensions, and changes for mortgage loans.Ensure accurate pricing for every loan to protect company revenue.Monitor market trends, investor pricing, and interest rate movements to make informed lock decisions.Communicate rate lock policies, market updates, and pricing guidance to internal teams.Post-Closing OperationsReview completed loan files to ensure all post-close documentation is accurate and complete.Coordinate with Title Companies for signing times and balancing Lender wireManaging Warehouse lines and sending wires for closingsCoordinate with internal teams and external investors to finalize loan delivery.Resolve purchase conditions and suspense items promptly to secure timely funding.Tracking down Recorded Mortgages and Final Lender Policies on purchased loans.Transfering Insurance Mortgagees into a new servicer.Secondary Market Execution & Risk ManagementManage the sale and delivery of closed loans to investors in compliance with investor guidelines.Monitor locked pipelines to manage exposure, optimize hedge positions, and maximize profitability.Support the onboarding of new investors, products, and pricing structures.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investor policies while mitigating risk.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on pipeline status, hedge performance, and market conditions.Identify potential risks and opportunities in loan pricing, locks, and secondary market execution.What You Bring2 years of experience in Lock Desk, Secondary Markets, or Post-Close operations within mortgage lending.Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, QM, and other mortgage regulations as they relate to pricing, locks, and loan delivery.Familiarity with Agency and Non-QM products and secondary market execution.Experience with pricing engines (e.g. Optimal Blue PPE) preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision insuranceLife & disability insurance10 days of personal/sick time per year - available upon starting3 weeks of vacation time per year accrued per pay period401(k)About BeelineWere transforming the home loan experience so fear, uncertainty, and the power imbalance between lender and buyer are replaced with respect, peace of mind, and excitement.
