Job Title: Junior Transaction Coordinator

About the Role and Beeline Equity:
Beeline Equity is redefining how homeowners access their equity - offering fast, flexible solutions that allow clients to eliminate debt and access cash in as little as 10-14 business days. As a high-growth, entrepreneurial company, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Transaction Coordinator to support the transaction process from intake to close while learning the business and growing within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the transaction lifecycle from initial client engagement through closing
• Assist as a point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the process
• Learn how to review and structure deals involving fractional home equity sales
• Help collect and organize customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with the operations team to close transactions
• Identify potential issues and escalate them to keep files on track
• Maintain organization across files and support pipeline tracking to ensure closing timelines are met

Qualifications:

• Experience in mortgage, real estate, finance, or a related field (or a strong interest in the industry) is preferred
• Exposure to loan origination, processing, or customer-facing/customer service roles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication and willingness to work with clients and internal teams
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude. 
• Demonstrate a high level of adaptability
