Is includes requesting payoff amounts from external banks and calculating internal payoff amounts. Primary Responsibilities Include
- Request payoff amounts from an external bank
- Work closely with the closing team to ensure all applications are worked in a timely manner in order to meet a closing date
- Maintain a pipeline
- Adhere to department standards and complete files within the department SLA
- Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to details
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced work environment
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior payoff experience preferred
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15 am to 5:00 pm - Johnston, RI (4 days in office)
