Join our dedicated healthcare team as an Overnight Q-map, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care and operational efficiency during nighttime hours. Duties
- Monitor and update electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities during overnight hours
- Assist with medication administration, , following strict HIPAA guidelines and medical protocols
- Conduct vital signs assessments, monitor patient physiology, and document changes in condition
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including catheter care, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene in compliance with care plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff to report any concerns related to patient safety or changes in health status promptly
- Maintain detailed records medication administration, and patient interactions in accordance with facility standards
- Provide compassionate caregiving for individuals with those requiring hospice or memory care support during overnight shifts
Skills
- Proven experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments
- Ability to accurately monitor vital signs and recognize signs of distress or deterioration in patients with complex needs
- Experience working with individuals with chronic health conditions
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and clear documentation of patient information
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and proper handling of medical records
