What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Manager position at Beehive Homes Assisted Living?
We are looking for a House Manager to coordinate care for our clients professionally and compassionately. It’s an often demanding but rewarding job, as people who are ill, injured, disabled, or elderly are thankful for high-quality assistance. The ideal candidate will be patient, kind and friendly with excellent communication skills. You will need superb leadership skills. You will need to be able to fill in when needed. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. We are a family-friendly environment with great elderly residents.

Responsibilities
- Communication with Drs and families
- Scheduling and team coordination
- Help clients take prescribed medication
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Help clients with physical therapy exercise
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
- Proven experience as a caregiver
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
