Assisted Living Caregiver
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in our assisted living community. This role involves assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. We are currently hiring part-time 3rd shift and days or evenings on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
- Uphold residents' rights, privacy, and dignity.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with nursing and care staff for individualized support.
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in assisted living or senior care (preferred).
- Proficiency in ADLs and behavior management.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and infection control.
- CNA, CPR, or First Aid certification (preferred).
