Responsibilities

Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
- Experience in home care, hospital settings, or Level II Trauma Centers is highly desirable.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to provide empathetic care to geriatric patients and those in nursing homes.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation.
