Lead Server / Floor Supervisor

Full-Time | Nights & Weekends Required
BEY Mediterranean Kitchen Bar is seeking an experienced Lead Server / Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house leadership team. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who thrives on the floor—serving guests at a high level while helping lead, train, and support the service team.
This position is ideal for a strong server who is ready to step into a leadership role without leaving the floor.
Responsibilities
- Take tables and deliver exceptional, hospitality-driven service
- Act as the floor lead during service, supporting and supervising servers
- Assist with FOH training, coaching, and onboarding
- Check servers in and out for shifts
- Run end-of-night reports and assist with closing procedures
- Oversee tip-outs and ensure accuracy
- Communicate clearly with management and kitchen during service
- Maintain service standards, professionalism, and guest experience
Qualifications
- 3 years serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- Prior leadership, key-holder, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of service flow, pacing, and hospitality standards
- Comfortable handling cashouts, reports, and tip distribution
- Calm under pressure, organized, and dependable
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
