Caregiver

Beehive Homes of Rio Rancho is hiring for all locations and for all position

We have a variety of residents with different care needs from walking, wheelchair bound, dementia, diabetics, catheters and residents on hospice. We care for people all the way through end of life care and it is important for any of our staff to have empathy for your residents, their families, and your co-workers.

Requirements

· 18 years or older

· High School Diploma or GED

· Professional caregiving experience of at least 1 year (preferred)

· Pass a national background check and drug screening

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Pass a medication technician test

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

· Assist the residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) while maintaining the resident's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality which includes but are not limited to:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Transferring
• Toileting
• Continence Care
• Eating

· Monitor and vital signs including

• Temperature
• Respiration
• Blood pressure
• Medication management

· Prepare light meals and snacks

· Perform housekeeping and laundry duties

· Safety supervision

· Complete yearly training

· Basic computer skills

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards our residents, visitors, families, and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
