Position Overview
Bee Talent Solutions is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. This role will report and work closely with the HR Specialist and recruiting team to assist with onboarding, employee support, HR administration, and coordination of key HR processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in Human Resources within a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Coordination
- Provide administrative support to the HR Specialist in daily HR operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in internal systems.
- Assist with preparing HR forms, employment documentation, and personnel files.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support
- Assist with preparing offer letters and new hire documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding steps including background checks, employment eligibility verification, and employee paperwork.
- Support scheduling and logistics for new employee orientation.
- Assist with offboarding processes including documentation and system updates.
Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and direct inquiries to the HR Specialist when appropriate.
- Support internal communications related to HR programs and policies.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR team projects.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Help maintain HR tracking systems and employee databases.
- Assist with reporting and documentation related to employee onboarding and compliance.
- Support HR audits and record organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of administrative or HR experience (internships or entry-level HR roles welcomed).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or onboarding platforms.
- Experience supporting recruiting coordination or HR administration.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment documentation.
Salary : $25,000 - $30,000
