Regional Director Of Nursing

Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Regional Director Of Nursing to join our team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position is a growth position. You will start out as the acting DON and eventually transition to the Regional Director Of Nursing role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the nursing department
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest level of care for residents
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and address employee concerns
• Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, assessments, and interventions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and state regulations
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a DON role
• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
