Director of Nursing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab in Daytona Beach, Florida. As a key member of our management team, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and service to our residents while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the nursing department, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve nursing goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Quality Improvement: Oversee quality improvement initiatives, including quality assurance, patient safety, and infection control.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and dedicated nurses, providing guidance and support to achieve excellent patient care.
