Job Summary: The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of BEDGEAR’s brand marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for assisting in the development and rollout of promotional programs, supporting retail marketing initiatives, managing wholesale creative requests, overseeing brand asset management and distribution, and helping drive messaging and creative for point-of-purchase (POP) programs. Essential Functions (Included But Not Limited To)
Brand Marketing Execution & Asset Management
- Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- Manage, organize, and distribute brand assets (logos, photography, product imagery, marketing collateral) to internal teams and wholesale/retail partners.
- Ensure all distributed assets adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered in proper formats for use.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure messaging aligns with BEDGEAR’s brand voice and performance positioning.
- Coordinate the planning, creative development, and implementation of promotional campaigns across retail and wholesale channels.
- Track promotional calendar and provide reporting on performance and impact.
- Manage creative requests from wholesale partners, ensuring deliverables are on-brand and delivered on time.
- Support the development of retail marketing assets including signage, POP displays, and in-store activations.
- Partner with the creative team to support messaging, copywriting, and design needs for POP development and rollout.
- Maintain consistency across all in-store brand touchpoints to enhance the consumer experience.
- Work closely with product marketing, sales, and creative to support product launches and retail initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors, printers, and creative partners as needed.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong technical aptitude to learn new programs/systems
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, or a related role (internships included).
- Experience with asset management systems and distribution processes preferred.
- Background in retail, consumer goods, or wholesale marketing a plus.
- Passion for innovation, performance lifestyle, and building meaningful brand experiences.
