We are searching for an executive/personal assistant to an ultra-high-net-worth conservationist and CEO/founder of a venture capital firm that is focused on preserving the environment and saving the planet. Qualifications
- Passionate about the environment
- Prior experience as an executive/personal assistant
- Experience managing a calendar and making travel arrangements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- Mac/PC proficient
- Tech-savvy
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, including screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, processing expenses, and planning events
- Manage the principal’s 4 homes
- Oversee household staff and vendors
- Manage projects
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations
- Act as both a gatekeeper and relationship manager for the principal
- Handle information with discretion and confidentiality
- Conduct research to develop strategies and make well-informed decisions
