Wellness Advocate Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.
About the Wellness Advocate Role
You will manage a patient panel with varying needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. Your role will also involve treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as occasional tele-health visits. Ongoing collaboration with colleagues is essential through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Accredited NP or PA program completion with national certification
- California state licensure by start date
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with primary care fellowship or urgent care experience
- LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
