Therapeutic Support Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Certified Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with licensed professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior reduction protocols and alternative behavior programs based on functional behavior assessments.
• Collect target behavior data and provide interventions to maintain and generalize acquired skills.
• Participate in meetings to develop cross-system planning and collaborate with treatment professionals.
• Collaborate with other Certified Behavior Technicians to improve individual services.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in any field or related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and/or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
• Right Response certified within six months of hire.
• Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprints required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at a level 9.
