* Bachelors in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering with 8-20 years of experience.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work well independently and within an integrated product development (IPD) team environment.
* Excellent attention to detail, writing, and math skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience on a hardware development program: proposal, development, manufacture, and verification.
* Experience with NASA-based requirements.
* Broad technical engineering knowledge relevant to the design of space flight hardware - performance, mechanical, electrical, software, safety, materials, and verification requirements.
